Computer Teacher

Ideal Muslim School, located in Model Town, Lahore, is seeking qualified Computer Science teachers to join their Middle and Senior Sections. The role involves preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging instruction, assigning homework, grading assessments, and tracking student progress. The ideal candidate will be capable of teaching a variety of computer science topics while creating an interactive and supportive learning environment that fosters student participation and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a dynamic classroom atmosphere that encourages active learning and student engagement.
- Promote creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Conduct daily lessons and activities tailored to meet the educational and emotional needs of learners.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles within the classroom.
- Encourage student participation in discussions and classroom activities.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, respectful environment conducive to social and emotional development.
- Address behavioral challenges with empathy and effective classroom management techniques.
- Regularly assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage students independently.
- Calm and adaptable personality suited to a classroom environment.

- Full-time position with a starting salary from Rs. 35,000 per month.
