The role focuses on configuring and maintaining software and technological components for projects delivered to Wipro clients. The candidate will work closely with various business units and stakeholders to ensure that application configurations meet client requirements and support ongoing business needs. This position demands attention to detail, timely execution, and adherence to configuration standards to guarantee smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring applications based on client-specific requirements.
- Gather configuration needs from functions, business units, and service lines, securing approvals from business owners.
- Plan and execute configuration tasks within established deadlines.
- Provide ongoing system configuration support to accommodate evolving business demands.
- Support system analysis, design, development, and testing activities.
- Aid in the development, implementation, and testing of patch releases and system upgrades.
- Maintain and manage the configuration archive to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure 100% compliance with configuration standards and procedures.
- Modify existing configuration processes as per client requirements, maintaining thorough documentation and logs.
- Analyze and resolve configuration issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage MIS, reporting, and backend support functions.
- Prepare daily and monthly status reports on configuration parameters for clients and stakeholders.
- Document and report on configuration standards as required by the client.
- Resolve issues related to modifications or change requests efficiently and effectively.

Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud Accounts Receivable.
- Proven ability to deliver error-free onboarding and implementation with adherence to schedules.
- Experience in continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and resolving client queries promptly.
- Commitment to quality, on-time delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
