Construction Estimator (Fresh & Experienced)

A USA-based construction estimating company is seeking motivated Estimators to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a background in Civil Engineering or Construction who are interested in working on US projects and advancing their careers. The role is office-based in Lahore, with working hours aligned to the US shift, providing a unique chance to gain international project experience while working locally.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates
- Develop detailed pricing sheets using Excel
- Review construction plans and specifications thoroughly
- Collaborate directly with US clients and manage project requirements

Required Qualifications
- Candidates with both fresh and prior experience are encouraged to apply
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and quantity calculations
- Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

This is a full-time, in-person position located at Model Town Link Road, Lahore. The working hours are from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM to accommodate the US project schedule. Monthly salary ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
