Capstone Builders and Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead the execution of hospital construction projects located in Rahim Yar Khan, Kot Addu, and Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site execution, coordinating with various project teams, and ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role demands strong leadership and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple sites simultaneously while maintaining consistent communication and progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage construction activities across all three hospital project sites, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project plans.
- Monitor project progress, including schedules, productivity, and resource utilization to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate effectively with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain seamless workflow.
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Review and consolidate progress reports from each site to provide accurate updates to senior management.
- Identify and resolve execution challenges and site-level issues promptly; escalate critical matters when necessary.
- Monitor manpower deployment, material availability, equipment usage, and subcontractor performance to optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits and lead coordination meetings to track progress and address any operational concerns.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in construction management, with a preference for candidates who have worked on large-scale building projects or hospital construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction execution processes, project planning, quality control, and site coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent leadership skills, with strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between the three project locations to ensure effective oversight.
