Capstone Builders and Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead the execution of hospital construction projects located in Rahim Yar Khan, Kot Addu, and Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site execution, coordinating with various project teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring that quality, safety, and timelines are consistently met across all three sites. This role demands strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple locations effectively while maintaining high standards of construction management.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction activities at all three hospital project sites.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, productivity, and efficient utilization of resources.
- Coordinate closely with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Review, consolidate, and analyze progress reports from each site to maintain a comprehensive overview.
- Identify and resolve execution challenges and site-level issues promptly, escalating critical matters to senior management when necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance to optimize project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits and lead coordination meetings to ensure alignment with project targets and timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in construction management, with a preference for large-scale building or hospital projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction execution, project planning, quality control, and site coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously and efficiently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between the three project locations.
