Construction Manager

To uphold these high standards, they are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with expertise in high-end fit-outs, luxury finishes, and detailed construction planning to lead their luxury residential projects on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and approve all fit-out works, including joinery, masonry, tile and marble layouts, MEP integration, and fine finishing tasks, ensuring alignment with architectural specifications and luxury quality benchmarks.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to guarantee flawless execution and enforce strict Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols, promptly addressing any design or finish defects.
- Develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules covering all phases from grey structure to final detailing, closely monitoring milestones, resource allocation, and site workflow to avoid delays.
- Control site budgets by tracking expenditures, managing procurement timelines, and optimizing resource use without compromising quality standards.
- Lead daily on-site operations, supervising site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and skilled craftsmen to ensure smooth progress.
- Act as the primary liaison between architects, structural engineers, clients, and senior management to maintain project alignment and clear communication.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, schedule look-aheads, and conduct quality audits for senior management and clients.
- Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols and compliance with local building codes across all site activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing luxury residential projects, premium villas, or high-end interior fit-out construction.
- Expert knowledge of premium construction materials, bespoke interior fit-out techniques, and high-end finishing standards.
- Proficiency in construction scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent, along with strong skills in the MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities including supervision, delegation, cost control, and site management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working effectively with high-profile clients and top architectural firms.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in the Rawalpindi District.
