Construction Project Manager

Arrants Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team based in Bahria Town Karachi (BTK). This role involves managing the planning, coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of construction projects primarily for clients based in the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead project teams by providing clear communication, guidance, and motivation.
- Manage budgeting processes and control costs effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

- Ability to work night shifts according to US timings.
- Residency in Bahria Town Karachi is required.
