This full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager position is based in Rawalpindi and involves overseeing the complete lifecycle of construction projects. The role requires managing all phases from initial planning and design coordination through execution, monitoring, and final project closeout. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate activities among project teams, contractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and communication.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, implementing cost control measures as needed.
- Report project progress, performance metrics, and financial status to senior leadership regularly.
- Conduct risk assessments and proactively resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management.
- Strong skills in project coordination and overall project management.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control specific to construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with effective team management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
