Consultant Anesthetist (Operation theater)

We are seeking a skilled Consultant Anesthetist to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical or other medical procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period. This role requires close collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective anesthesia plans. The Consultant Anesthetist will also participate in both pre-operative assessments and post-operative care to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients during surgeries and medical procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs continuously and adjust anesthesia as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to create and execute anesthesia plans tailored to each patient.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative care and monitoring.

Required Qualifications:
- FCPS (Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons) in Anesthesiology.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience in anesthesiology.

Compensation and Work Details:
- Compensation will be on a sharing basis.
- The position is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13C, Karachi.
- This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work on-site.
