With over 8 years of experience in SAP CPI and PI/PO, this role requires a skilled professional who has successfully contributed to at least four SAP CPI implementations or AMS projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in developing custom end-to-end solutions using SAP CPI and have experience integrating CPI with various platforms such as SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Ariba, S/4HANA, Concur, and on-premise systems. A solid understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration components and security concepts is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in team environments and effectively communicate with onsite teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SAP CPI implementations and AMS projects, ensuring seamless integration with multiple SAP and third-party systems.
- Develop custom integration scenarios using SAP CPI, leveraging Groovy scripting, message mapping, and XSLT mapping techniques.
- Utilize CPI pallet components such as Content Modifier, Splitter, Datastores, Aggregator, and Router to design efficient integration flows.
- Work extensively with various adapter types including SFTP, SOAP, IDOC, Mail, XI, REST, ODATA, and SuccessFactors adapters.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes using the CPI message monitoring dashboard.
- Implement and manage security artifacts within SAP CPI, ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.
- Operate within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) cockpit, including creating groups, roles, and assigning user permissions.
- Manage SAP Cloud Connector configurations to enable secure connectivity between cloud and on-premise systems.
- Collaborate closely with onsite teams and clients, maintaining clear communication and providing regular updates.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and upskilling in emerging SAP technologies.
- Participate in project-specific business travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience working with SAP CPI and PI/PO.
- Proven track record of at least four SAP CPI implementation or AMS projects.
- Strong proficiency in Groovy scripting, message mapping, and XSLT mapping.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP CPI components and adapter types.
- Experience integrating SAP CPI with SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Ariba, S/4HANA, Concur, and on-premise solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP CPI message monitoring and security concepts.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP cockpit, including user and role management.
- Good understanding of SAP Cloud Connector and its configuration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in team-based development and support projects.
- Willingness to engage in business travel based on project requirements.
