Our client is looking for a highly skilled Consultant with deep financial expertise to support innovative AI-driven projects. This role involves analyzing complex financial datasets and working closely with diverse teams to enhance AI models. The Consultant will develop rubrics and frameworks that improve the accuracy of financial insights, assess risks effectively, and provide actionable recommendations. This is an hourly contract position for an independent contractor, offering a competitive rate based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to support AI model development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to refine AI-driven financial solutions.
- Design and implement rubrics and frameworks that ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI outputs related to finance.
- Conduct risk assessments and help integrate risk management principles into AI models.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Continuously monitor and improve AI model performance by validating outputs against established financial standards.
- Document methodologies, frameworks, and findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and risk assessment.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts as they apply to finance.
- Experience working with large and complex financial datasets.
- Ability to develop frameworks and rubrics that enhance model accuracy and interpretability.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience as a consultant or in a similar advisory role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
