Khan Home Digital Solutions (KHD) supports Khan Home Group (KHG) through digital marketing, creative content, technology and digital operations. We are seeking a Content & Copywriting Associate - SEO / Web to produce well-researched website content and persuasive copy, supporting KHD’s organic search activity and the wider Group’s online presence, customer understanding and business growth.

Full-time | 9AM - 6PM | Monday - Friday

5. Key Responsibilities

• Research and write website pages, landing pages, service/product copy, articles and FAQs against SEO-issued briefs.
• Conduct topic, keyword, search-result, competitor and user-intent research; identify useful content gaps and maintain clear source records.
• Translate approved keyword maps and topical briefs into original, readable content with clear headings, relevant terminology and natural keyword use.
• Prepare page titles, meta descriptions and internal-link suggestions aligned with the brief and intended audience. • Develop clear, answer-ready passages and structured FAQs to support SEO, answer engine optimisation (AEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO).
• Work with UI/UX and web colleagues on page outlines, content hierarchy, navigation labels, buttons and microcopy, preparing clear hand-offs for implementation.
• Verify statistics, prices, quotations and business claims against approved sources; flag uncertain assertions before submission.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, originality, brand voice and consistency, incorporating SEO and client feedback.
• Use AI tools where permitted for ideation, outlines or editing, independently checking factual claims and citations and protecting confidential material.
• Maintain content inventories, research notes, source references and revision histories; deliver drafts and corrections to agreed deadlines.
• Use available Search Console/GA4 insights and editorial feedback to improve existing content, and check live page text after approved publication.

• At least 1 year in an agency environment involving direct client-facing communication and delivered writing/copy assignments.
• A portfolio of credited web articles, website pages or landing-page copy, clearly identifying your contribution.
• Strong written English, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce clear, original content suited to the audience.
• Practical competence in desk research, source verification and evidence-backed writing.
• Basic SEO understanding, including search intent, headings, metadata and internal linking.
• Proficiency in collaborative documents and research tools, such as Google Docs/Sheets and Google Search, with experience in at least one real CMS or publishing workflow.
• Ability to interpret briefs, respond constructively to client feedback and meet deadlines while working remotely or in a hybrid arrangement.

• Pakistan-based digital agency experience serving multiple clients.
• UAE/GCC or other international English-market writing experience.
• Familiarity with WordPress/CMS workflows, SEO content briefs, structured FAQs, content updates or localisation.
• Exposure to AEO/GEO content and AI-search research.
• Familiarity with Google Trends, Keyword Planner, Search Console, GA4 or Google Scholar.
• Experience with Semrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Frase, Grammarly, Hemingway Editor or Copyscape.
• A relevant degree, certificate or writing qualification, supported by a strong portfolio.
