Big Baat, a dynamic short-video and digital community platform under Walee Technologies, is seeking a creative and internet-savvy Content Creation Intern. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping and expanding Big Baat’s presence across social media channels by producing engaging, trend-driven content. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital culture, skilled in content writing and video editing, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and pitch fresh, trend-relevant content ideas tailored for Big Baat’s social media platforms.
- Write engaging scripts, captions, and copy that reflect Big Baat’s witty, current, and relatable tone.
- Assist in planning and executing short-form video content such as reels and shorts.
- Monitor trending topics, memes, and viral formats to keep content aligned with audience interests.
- Collaborate closely with the design and video teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Track content performance metrics including likes, shares, comments, and views, and recommend improvements.
- Support the scheduling and publishing of content across various social media platforms.
- Participate in occasional on-ground or studio content shoots when required.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent writing skills in both Urdu and English.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic graphic design software.
- Creative mindset with a good grasp of internet culture, memes, and viral content trends.
- Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or freelance experience in content creation or social media management is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
