Key Responsibilities

- Assist in brainstorming and drafting content ideas for social media, blogs, and internal campaigns.
- Write captions, short-form copy, and basic scripts for video content.
- Support the design and video teams by organizing footage and drafting on-screen text.
- Research trending topics and formats relevant to the brand and industry.
- Help maintain a content calendar and track content ideas.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
- Receive feedback from senior content creators and revise work accordingly.

Required Qualifications

- Recently completed a degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills with a good sense of storytelling and tone.
- Basic familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva and Google Docs; video or design skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in pursuing content creation as a career.
- Ability to commit to onsite working hours at the G-13/4 office in Islamabad.
