Content & Creative Associate

TAG Solutions (TAGS) is seeking a dynamic and creatively driven Content & Creative Associate to join their team. This role requires someone energetic and extroverted who can transform ideas from initial concept through to production, editing, publishing, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision and the ability to evaluate what content truly resonates with the brand’s audience, continuously refining the approach to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead content ideation and develop creative concepts that align with the brand’s voice.
- Plan content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic publishing.
- Coordinate and take charge of content shoots, managing logistics and creative direction.
- Edit videos and social media content to produce polished, engaging material.
- Publish content across relevant platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
- Track analytics, monitor trends, and analyze audience responses to gauge content performance.
- Identify successful strategies and areas requiring adjustment to improve engagement.
- Introduce fresh, unconventional ideas to keep the brand’s content innovative and appealing.

Required Qualifications
- A strong creative eye with a natural instinct for producing engaging content.
- Comfortable taking the lead during shoots and managing on-set activities.
- Highly extroverted and camera-friendly, with confidence to bring others in front of the camera or step in personally.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro for content creation and editing.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
- Curious and analytical mindset with interest in content performance metrics.
- Ability to think beyond routine posts and contribute original, impactful ideas.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- The role is strictly on-site, based at LDA Avenue 01 Block A, Lahore, providing a collaborative work environment.
- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs45,000 to Rs70,000, reflecting experience and skill level.
