Content & Creative Associate

TAGS is seeking a dynamic and creatively driven Content & Creative Associate to join our team. This role requires an energetic individual who can transform ideas from initial concepts through to shooting, editing, publishing, and analyzing content performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision and the ability to assess what resonates with our audience, helping to shape and elevate our brand’s presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original content ideas and creative concepts that align with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
- Coordinate and lead video and photo shoots, managing all aspects from setup to execution.
- Edit videos and social media content using industry-standard tools to produce polished final products.
- Publish content across relevant digital platforms, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
- Monitor analytics, track trends, and evaluate audience responses to measure content effectiveness.
- Identify successful strategies and areas for improvement to continuously refine content output.
- Introduce fresh, unconventional ideas that challenge the status quo and enhance brand storytelling.

Required Qualifications:
- A strong creative eye with a natural instinct for producing engaging and impactful content.
- Confidence and leadership skills to take charge during shoots and direct talent effectively.
- Highly extroverted and comfortable on camera, with the ability to encourage others to participate or step in front of the camera when needed.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro for content creation and editing.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics to add dynamic elements to videos and posts.
- Curiosity and analytical mindset to understand content performance metrics and audience behavior.
- A forward-thinking approach that goes beyond simply creating posts, focusing on meaningful and strategic content development.
