Content Creator / Customer Support

Devsinc is seeking a dynamic Content Creation professional to join the team for Voosha, its creator marketplace product. This hybrid role is ideal for someone passionate about social media and building communities. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content, addressing queries from both brands and creators, and actively contributing to the growth of the Voosha community through strategic outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative content ideas, including trend-based posts and engagement formats, to attract and engage both brands and creators.
- Manage Voosha’s social media platforms by posting content, fostering engagement, and responding to community interactions.
- Collaborate with the design and video teams to produce daily content such as stories, reels, and posts.
- Handle incoming queries from brands and creators across multiple channels including direct messages, email, and WhatsApp.
- Proactively reach out to brands and creators to onboard them onto the Voosha platform.
- Support brand-creator public relations activities, collaborations, and events to strengthen partnerships.
- Monitor and track user feedback and common issues, providing insights and updates to the internal team for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or customer support roles.
- A solid understanding of brand-creator collaborations and influencer public relations processes.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- A creative and self-motivated individual who consistently contributes fresh ideas.
- Organized, responsive, and diligent in following up on tasks and communications.
- Comfortability appearing on camera is considered an advantage.
