Content Creator / Customer Support

Devsinc is seeking a dynamic Content Creation professional to join the team for Voosha, its creator marketplace product. This hybrid role is ideal for someone passionate about social media and community engagement. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing content, addressing queries from both brands and creators, and actively contributing to the growth of the Voosha community through strategic outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative content ideas, including trend-based posts and engagement formats, to attract and engage both brands and creators.
- Manage Voosha’s social media platforms by handling posting schedules, community engagement, and timely responses to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the design and video teams to produce daily content such as stories, reels, and posts.
- Respond promptly to queries from brands and creators across multiple channels including direct messages, email, and WhatsApp.
- Proactively reach out to brands and creators to onboard them onto the Voosha platform.
- Support public relations activities involving brand-creator collaborations and events.
- Monitor feedback and common issues raised by users and communicate these insights to the internal team for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or customer support roles.
- Solid understanding of brand-creator collaborations and influencer public relations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- A creative and self-motivated individual who consistently contributes fresh ideas.
- Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and the ability to follow up effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfort and confidence appearing on camera is considered an advantage.
