Content Creator (Garment Manufacturing)

Sultan Tag, a leading garment manufacturer based in Lahore, is seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team full-time. We specialize in producing a wide range of apparel including shirts, t-shirts, pants, aprons, gloves, socks, and patches, catering to both business clients and direct consumers locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and authentic content that highlights our products, factory processes, and craftsmanship, helping to build trust with B2B buyers and attract everyday customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) showcasing products, factory operations, stitching, printing, embroidery, and quality control processes.
- Develop content that tells the story of custom orders, from design to finished product.
- Capture clean, professional product photographs emphasizing fabric, stitching, and fit details.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and posts tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn audiences.
- Create distinct content strategies for B2B (highlighting capabilities, processes, and bulk orders) and B2C (focusing on styling, try-ons, and product highlights).
- Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Collaborate with influencers and user-generated content creators as needed.
- Monitor content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and inquiries, and refine content accordingly.
- Record client testimonials and document delivery stories to enhance brand credibility.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation supported by a portfolio or sample work.
- Proficiency in video shooting and editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Basic photography and lighting skills to produce high-quality images.
- Strong understanding of current trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Good command of written English for creating captions and posts; knowledge of Urdu is an advantage.
- Creative mindset, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Ownership of a phone or camera setup preferred for content production.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or manufacturing-related content creation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and effective hashtag use.
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising campaigns.

We offer a competitive salary of up to PKR 100,000 per month, commensurate with experience, along with performance bonuses. This role provides hands-on access to a dynamic manufacturing environment rich with content opportunities, creative freedom, and potential for growth within the brand.
