Key Responsibilities
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing, planning, and producing compelling digital content that authentically tells the stories of Pakistan’s talent. Daily tasks include researching and identifying potential story subjects, conducting interviews, writing scripts or narrative copy, and creating multimedia content such as videos, short-form clips, and social media posts. The role requires close collaboration with the creative and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines. Additionally, the Content Creator will optimize content for various digital platforms and monitor its performance to improve future outputs. This position is full-time and based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with a hybrid work model combining on-site presence and remote work flexibility.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in content ideation, storytelling, scriptwriting, and basic copywriting tailored for digital platforms.
- Experience in creating multimedia content, including video, audio, or visual storytelling, with familiarity in common content creation tools.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and interviews, transforming complex journeys into clear and engaging narratives.
- Understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and basic digital content optimization techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu or other local languages is considered an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
