Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and inquisitive Content Creator/Writer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of social media dynamics and know how to craft content that captures attention and drives engagement. This role involves transforming ideas, trends, and research into compelling social media copy, hooks, captions, and short-form video scripts. You will work with a variety of industries and brands, requiring strong research skills and the ability to adapt your writing style to suit different brand voices and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging social media content, including captions, concepts, and messaging tailored for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate closely with designers and video editors to plan and produce visual content that complements written materials.
- Conduct thorough audience and competitor research to generate data-driven content ideas and strategies.
- Adapt writing style to align with different brand voices and target demographics across multiple industries.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with team members, managers, and clients to ensure content quality and alignment with marketing goals.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in social media content creation, including writing engaging captions and adapting messaging for diverse platforms.
- Basic experience in visual content planning and the ability to work collaboratively with designers and video editors.
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Ability to conduct audience and competitor research to inform content development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, maintaining professionalism and inclusivity.
- Relevant educational background in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in content creation.
