Starcrest Communications is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to develop engaging short-form video content tailored for social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content specifically designed for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Produce mobile-first video edits with quick turnaround times to meet dynamic social media demands.
- Write engaging scripts, hooks, and captions that complement video content and enhance viewer engagement.
- Utilize visual storytelling techniques to create on-brand and captivating content.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and creatively incorporate them into original content ideas.
- Collaborate closely with the team on content ideation, planning, and meeting project deadlines.
- Manage the entire video production process, from ideation and scripting through shooting, editing, and final delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking, Media, Communication, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling principles.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing short-form video content, including mobile video editing techniques.
- Ability to write basic scripts, hooks, and social media copy that effectively engage audiences.
- Experience using video editing software or applications such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Prior experience creating content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
