Tameer.ai is seeking a creative and energetic Content Creator / Social Media Executive to join their team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience who is passionate about social media and skilled at producing engaging short-form video content. The role requires a candidate who stays updated with the latest trends, enjoys brainstorming fresh ideas, and is comfortable appearing on camera to represent the brand across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
- Research trending Reels, topics, formats, hooks, and content ideas to keep the brand’s social media presence fresh and relevant.
- Develop innovative concepts for Reels, videos, posts, carousels, and social media campaigns.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and Reels, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
- Confidently appear on camera to create authentic and relatable social media content.
- Produce content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, aligning with platform-specific best practices.
- Prepare video concepts, scripts, hooks, and shot lists prior to filming to ensure smooth execution.
- Continuously monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative content that effectively represents the Tameer.ai brand.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months and 1.5 years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
- Demonstrated creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
- Basic skills in video shooting and editing.
- Ability to manage the entire content creation process from ideation to final video production.
- A portfolio or examples of previous work will be considered an advantage.
