Aura Developers, a leading name in luxury real estate, is launching Aurora Residences in Gulberg, Lahore, and seeking an experienced Content Creator to join their team full-time on-site. This role goes beyond basic video production; it requires sharp judgment to craft content that resonates with a discerning luxury audience. The ideal candidate understands the motivations of luxury buyers, including local families, professionals, and the overseas diaspora, and can create premium, platform-specific content that drives meaningful engagement and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Understanding the Audience: Deeply analyze and interpret the preferences and behaviors of luxury buyers to create content that earns their trust and attention.
- Content Strategy: Decide what content to produce, in which format, and on which platform, ensuring the message fits the target audience perfectly.
- Brand Voice Management: Maintain an aspirational, tasteful, and consistent brand voice across all content.
- Idea Development: Translate insights into creative angles and content series that align with the niche market and current trends.
- Content Production: Take ownership of the entire production process, including recording and editing both video and photo content to a polished, premium standard.
- On-Camera Presence: Confidently appear on camera when required, such as for walkthroughs or on-site updates, presenting professionally and engagingly.
- Conversion Focus: Create content that not only attracts views but also drives genuine inquiries and leads.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 5–7 years of content creation across multiple platforms, demonstrating strong judgment about what works for different audiences and niches.
- Production Skills: Proficient in hands-on video and photo content production, including recording and editing to a high-quality standard.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence and presence to appear on camera when necessary.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both the strategic thinking behind content and measurable results.
- Self-Starter: Ability to independently manage and execute a content plan from concept to publication.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Industry Experience: Background in real estate, luxury brands, or premium market sectors is highly advantageous.
- Work Environment: Full-time, on-site position based at Empire Centre, College Road, MM Alam Road, Gulberg II, Lahore.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
