The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging social media content, particularly focused on real estate and construction projects. This role requires hands-on involvement in video shooting, editing, and managing content across multiple platforms to effectively showcase property tours and ongoing construction work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging reels and social media content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos, including property tours and construction site footage.
- Manage and maintain creative content calendars for various social media channels.
- Cover construction projects and site visits to capture authentic and informative content.
- Develop innovative marketing ideas specifically targeted at the real estate sector.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video shooting and editing.
- Proficiency with video and graphic editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong creative mindset with excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
