The Content Creator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The successful candidate will develop engaging written and visual content to support the company’s advisory, investment consultancy, and marketing efforts. This includes creating content for social media platforms, websites, property listings, and marketing campaigns. The role requires researching real estate trends, drafting accurate property descriptions, designing compelling posts, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives. Maintaining a consistent brand voice, optimizing content for audience engagement, and tracking performance metrics to improve strategies are also key aspects of the position.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, engaging, and accurate content related to real estate and investment topics for various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Conduct thorough research on property markets, investment trends, and local real estate developments to inform content creation.
- Design visually appealing posts and assist with basic graphic design tasks to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams to translate business goals into persuasive and targeted content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
- Monitor content performance using relevant metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and factually accurate real estate and investment-related content.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, along with basic graphic design skills.
- Ability to research and analyze property markets and investment trends to support content development.
- Good understanding of marketing principles, particularly in the real estate sector, and the ability to align content with marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and proper grammar.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital tools including MS Office, Canva or similar design software, and basic photo/video editing applications.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field is preferred.
