Content Creator

Logix Contact is seeking a creative and proactive Content Creator to produce engaging digital content for the company’s brand and client accounts. This role involves brainstorming innovative content ideas, developing concepts and scripts, and guiding video editors to create compelling short-form videos. The ideal candidate will produce visual content that aligns with brand objectives while staying current with social media trends across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative content ideas based on brand goals, target audiences, and trending topics.
- Plan and oversee short-form video content tailored for social media platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Write video scripts, hooks, captions, and basic content outlines to support video production.
- Film various types of videos such as product showcases, talking-head segments, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create cohesive visual content.
- Work closely with the content and social media teams to implement content calendars and campaigns effectively.
- Conduct research on competitors, trending formats, and audience preferences to identify new content opportunities.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistent quality standards.
- Organize and maintain content files, track completed work, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine and improve future creative output.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in content creation, video production ideation, and social media content development.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling ability, and skill in developing original ideas.
- Hands-on experience filming and editing short-form videos.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Solid understanding of social media trends, audience engagement tactics, hooks, and content formats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- A portfolio or samples of previous content work demonstrating relevant skills and creativity.

Compensation: Rs30,000 to Rs40,000 per month
