Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging videos, reels, and promotional content tailored for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing the property, ongoing development work, and project updates.
- Design attractive posts and advertisements to enhance the project’s online presence.
- Write creative captions and develop innovative marketing ideas to attract potential customers.
- Edit videos and images using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar software to ensure polished and professional content.
- Manage social media accounts by maintaining a consistent posting schedule and monitoring content performance.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation, video editing, or social media marketing.
- Basic proficiency in video editing and graphic design software.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong creative thinking and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work on-site at the Nowshera location.
