Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and energetic Part-Time Content Creator to enhance our brand’s online presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. This role involves developing engaging short-form video content by brainstorming ideas, scripting, filming, and performing basic editing. It is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for students, freelance creators, or anyone eager to build a portfolio with a growing local brand. The position requires a commitment of 15–20 hours per week and offers a chance to work closely with a dynamic team in person.

Key Responsibilities

- Ideation & Scripting: Generate engaging and trendy content ideas that align with current Pakistani social media trends, sounds, and memes. Develop scripts that capture audience attention and reflect the brand’s voice.

- Filming & Hosting: Serve as the on-camera talent or confidently direct models and products to create high-quality, vertical videos using a smartphone. Ensure videos are visually appealing and engaging.

- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, fast-paced TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using mobile editing apps such as CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush.

- Scheduling & Optimizing: Write catchy captions, select relevant hashtags, and prepare 3 to 4 videos weekly for posting. Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.

- Community Engagement: Dedicate 2 to 3 hours weekly to respond to comments and interact with the audience, fostering a loyal and active community around the brand.

Required Qualifications

- Social Media Native: Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms and trends, especially within the Pakistani market.

- On-Camera Confidence: Excellent communication skills with a charismatic and engaging presence on camera.

- Technical Savvy: Proficient in filming with smartphones and editing videos using mobile applications. Experience with CapCut is highly advantageous.

- Time Management: Ability to independently manage a 15–20 hour weekly schedule and consistently meet content deadlines.

- Language Skills: Fluent in conversational Urdu and English. Proficiency in Roman Urdu is essential for writing captions.
