We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator to develop engaging video and digital content for real estate projects, properties, and company campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing high-quality property walkthroughs, promotional videos, reels, and social media content. This role requires frequent visits to project sites to capture compelling visuals and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure content aligns with project goals and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and engaging content ideas tailored to real estate projects, properties, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan, shoot, and produce various video formats including property walkthroughs, project highlights, reels, promotional videos, and social media clips.
- Visit project sites regularly to capture high-quality videos and photographs that showcase key features and amenities.
- Create creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storyboards to guide video production.
- Edit videos incorporating professional transitions, captions, music, voiceovers, graphics, and branding elements to maintain consistency.
- Produce short-form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Highlight project features, locations, payment plans, offers, and investment opportunities through engaging content.
- Develop content for property launches, events, exhibitions, site visits, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver relevant content.
- Design thumbnails, basic graphics, motion graphics, and other visual elements as needed.
- Adhere strictly to company brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, editing styles, and content strategies to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Organize and maintain digital media assets including raw footage, photographs, and edited videos.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and ensure timely delivery of all assigned content.
- Review content performance metrics and provide creative suggestions to enhance reach and engagement.
- Support the Marketing team with additional creative and digital content needs as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in content creation, video production, video editing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and overall content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar video and graphic editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of photography principles including lighting, framing, and camera handling.
- Good understanding of short-form content formats such as Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong creativity with excellent visual storytelling abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site for property shoots, events, and project visits.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
Work Location: This position requires in-person attendance for site visits and shoots.
