Content Director

We are seeking a skilled Content Producer / Content Director to join our team on-site in Bahria Town, Lahore. This role involves leading the creative and editorial direction for three dynamic Pakistani brands with established audiences across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will transform the founder’s vision and voice into engaging, consistent content while managing the entire content lifecycle from concept to final production. This position requires a proactive leader who can develop a sustainable content strategy and build a repeatable content engine that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the content strategy and editorial calendar for all three brands across multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Lead concept development, scripting, and storytelling to ensure each piece of content aligns with brand identity and audience preferences.
- Plan and direct all phases of production, including pre-production, on-set direction, and final content review.
- Collaborate closely with editors and videographers to maintain a high and consistent creative standard.
- Monitor content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and audience growth, using insights to refine and optimize the content strategy.
- Introduce fresh content formats and incorporate emerging platform trends while preserving each brand’s unique voice.

Required Qualifications
- Mid-level experience with a proven track record of independently leading or producing content.
- Strong storytelling skills and visual instincts, with an understanding of content trends and audience behavior on Pakistani social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Comfortable working in a startup or lean team environment, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency.
- Genuine passion for content creation and a clear, creative point of view.
- Proficient with modern digital tools and able to work effectively within a fast-paced, small team.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Requirements
- A degree in Mass Communication or a related field is highly desirable.
- Experience working closely with founders and on-camera talent is a plus.
- Candidates must be based on-site in Bahria Town, Lahore, and be reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- The role demands full ownership and autonomy in building and leading the content function.
