An Australia-based Salesforce leader with over 50 experts driving cloud innovation across industries is seeking a high-level Content Marketer to lead the quality, strategy, and clarity of their brand voice across all content types. This role goes beyond producing keyword-focused content; it requires someone with strong editorial judgment, audience-driven thinking, and subject matter expertise. The ideal candidate will be deeply curious, research-oriented, and committed to understanding user intent and market dynamics before crafting content. They will focus on delivering impactful, clear, and strategically aligned messaging that nurtures users throughout the entire decision-making funnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, structured content aligned with the company’s core pillars: Workplace Strategy (decision intelligence), Flexible Workspace Solutions (problem-led content), Future of Work & AI (forward-looking insights), Market & Industry Intelligence (data-backed trends), Case Studies (real-world validation), and Community & Stories (brand awareness).
- Develop content that supports users at every stage of the funnel, from early research to evaluation and final decision-making.
- Conduct thorough research using industry sources, workspace trends, competitor analysis, market reports, and news to build subject-matter expertise.
- Analyze competitor content to identify gaps, weak positioning, and opportunities for stronger, more useful content.
- Translate insights into clear, practical, and well-structured content that genuinely assists users in making workspace decisions.
- Apply strong editorial judgment to ensure content is strategically sound, contextually accurate, and aligned with user intent.
- Identify and address user intent, ensuring each piece answers the right questions for the appropriate audience and funnel stage.
- Contribute to topic ideation and content planning based on research findings and audience needs.
- Continuously improve existing content through rewriting, restructuring, and adding depth where necessary.
- Develop deep expertise in the company’s products, industry, and customer decision journey through ongoing learning.
- Share insights from research and competitor analysis to enhance content direction and positioning.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, clarity, and positioning across all content.
- Fact-check content for accuracy, relevance, and contextual correctness.
- Stay updated with industry developments, workspace trends, and audience preferences, reflecting these learnings in content.

- Strong attention to detail in content structure, formatting, and clarity.
- Ability to think both strategically and execute effectively.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and self-managed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- A mindset that treats content as a strategic asset, caring deeply about why content exists, not just what it says.
- Passion for researching, building expertise, and analyzing competitors to spot content gaps.
- Preference for producing content with depth and usefulness over volume.
- Commitment to measuring impact and nurturing users toward decisions.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
- Work mode: Onsite at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
- Tax-free base salary offered.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a strategist, values clarity and purpose in writing, and is eager to contribute to building a strong, authority-driven content engine within a dynamic, innovative company.
