We are seeking a diligent and organized Content Posting Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. This full-time, on-site role involves managing, scheduling, and uploading content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent brand presentation by coordinating with creative and marketing teams, maintaining a content calendar, and monitoring posts for accuracy and timeliness. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Post daily content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- Upload posts, reels, stories, and promotional material according to the established schedule.
- Write and manage captions, hashtags, product details, and basic descriptions for each post.
- Maintain and update a daily and weekly content posting calendar.
- Schedule content to ensure timely publication across all platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic design, photography, and marketing teams to gather necessary content.
- Verify images, videos, captions, prices, and product information before publishing.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media accounts.
- Update posts related to product launches, offers, sales campaigns, and promotions.
- Monitor published content for errors or missing information and make necessary corrections.
- Keep detailed records of posted, scheduled, and pending content.
- Manage multiple social media pages/accounts in an organized manner.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, formats, and platform features.
- Provide regular reports on completed and upcoming content activities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Faisalabad.
- Full-time availability for an on-site office position.
- Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media content management and posting processes.
- Strong written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines consistently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or comparable content creation tools is advantageous.
- Previous experience in social media posting, e-commerce, or content management is preferred.
- Punctual, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
