We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Expert to manage and expand our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will focus on producing engaging content that enhances brand visibility and drives audience interaction. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop and implement effective social media strategies while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and maintain content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos tailored to each platform.
- Write creative captions and platform-specific content that resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor social media trends, relevant hashtags, and audience engagement metrics.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.
- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities to boost reach and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut or similar software.
- Creative mindset with a good grasp of current social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and use data to improve content performance.
- Good command of English speaking skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is considered a plus.
- This is a night shift, onsite role with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000.
