We are seeking a talented Faceless Social Media Content Creator with a strong ability to engage and grow US-based audiences. This role involves full ownership of ideation, production, and optimization of short-form video content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate will have a proven knack for creating viral faceless content that resonates with American viewers, leveraging trends, humor, and cultural insights to maximize reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and experiment with various faceless content formats, including voiceovers, text-on-screen, stock or B-roll footage, screen recordings, and AI-assisted visuals.
- Craft compelling hooks and scripts tailored to US culture, current trends, and humor to capture audience attention quickly.
- Consistently publish content and refine strategies based on performance analytics such as retention rates, shares, and follower growth.
- Identify emerging trends early and rapidly convert them into engaging content.
- Provide weekly reports highlighting successful content strategies and recommendations for scaling efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in creating viral faceless content, supported by examples of accounts or videos with at least 100,000 views, preferably exceeding 1 million views.
- In-depth knowledge of US social media trends and audience behavior patterns.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
- A data-driven mindset with experience testing different hooks, formats, and posting schedules to optimize performance.
