Content Strategist

KKS Foods is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content & Brand Strategist to join our team onsite in Karachi. The primary objective of this role is to enhance KKS’s visibility across social media platforms and cultivate a stronger, more relatable brand presence. This position focuses on creative direction, strategy, and storytelling rather than just content posting. The successful candidate will lead the overall content strategy, including founder videos, user-generated content (UGC), storytelling, trending topics, scripts, campaigns, and brand-driven content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly content strategies and campaign ideas aligned with brand goals.
- Write compelling scripts for founder-led videos that resonate with the audience.
- Craft engaging storytelling around KKS’s products, team, and brand journey.
- Plan and oversee UGC-style content to encourage authentic audience participation.
- Monitor and adapt TikTok and Instagram trends to fit KKS’s brand identity.
- Create hooks, reels concepts, and content series that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Guide the recording and editing process in collaboration with internal teams and outsourced partners.
- Manage and direct the outsourced social media agency to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Ensure all content maintains consistency with KKS’s brand voice and values.
- Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to identify high-impact content for promotion.
- Position KKS as a modern, relatable, and rapidly growing FMCG brand through strategic content initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content strategy, social media management, scripting, storytelling, and brand building.
- Strong creative direction skills with the ability to translate brand values into engaging content.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive content.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills tailored for digital audiences.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
