Content Writer – Custom Boxes & Packaging

We are looking for a skilled and creative Content Writer with expertise in custom boxes and packaging to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience writing for the custom packaging industry, particularly targeting the US market. This role involves producing SEO-optimized website content, product descriptions, blogs, landing pages, and marketing copy designed to attract potential customers and boost conversions. The writer will work closely with SEO specialists, designers, and marketing teams to develop compelling content that highlights product features, customization options, and packaging benefits while maintaining brand consistency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Write SEO-friendly website content focused on custom boxes, product packaging, and printed packaging solutions.
- Create engaging product descriptions for a variety of packaging products such as custom mailer boxes, shipping boxes, rigid boxes, kraft boxes, folding cartons, cosmetic boxes, and retail packaging.
- Develop SEO-optimized landing pages and category pages tailored to US customers.
- Produce informative blogs and articles covering packaging trends, materials, printing techniques, and custom packaging solutions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify relevant search terms within the packaging industry.
- Craft compelling website copy that emphasizes product features, printing methods, customization options, and packaging advantages.
- Optimize existing content to improve search engine rankings, readability, and conversion rates.
- Ensure all content adheres to American English standards and meets the expectations of US-based customers.
- Collaborate effectively with SEO specialists, designers, and marketing teams to implement content strategies.
- Maintain originality, factual accuracy, brand consistency, and deliver assignments on time.

Required Qualifications

- 1–3 years of proven experience in content writing within the custom boxes or packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of custom packaging products, materials, printing techniques, and customization options.
- Prior experience writing for US-based packaging companies or e-commerce websites is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of written English, with strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Practical knowledge of SEO content writing, including on-page SEO, keyword placement, and search intent.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
- Ability to write product pages, category pages, blogs, and conversion-focused landing pages.
- Understanding of American English, US customer preferences, and packaging industry terminology.
- Capability to conduct independent research and consistently meet deadlines.

- Monthly salary range: Rs120,000 to Rs150,000.
