Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating clear, engaging written content for digital and print platforms, including website pages, blog posts, recruitment campaigns, and informational materials tailored for healthcare clients.
- Conduct research on topics related to healthcare staffing to support content accuracy and relevance.
- Draft, revise, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support the content strategy team by organizing content ideas and maintaining editorial calendars.
- Adapt content based on feedback and performance metrics to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, incorporating constructive feedback to refine written materials.
Required Qualifications
- Strong web content writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging copy for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in content strategy and research to aid in planning and evidence-based content development.
- Excellent proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail to maintain accuracy and style consistency.
- Strong command of written English and a basic understanding of digital content best practices, including SEO fundamentals, readability, and formatting.
- Ability to work on-site in Faisalabad, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
