We are seeking a Junior Content Writer to join our team in an onsite capacity at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across various platforms including websites, blogs, product descriptions, and category pages. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Candidates with prior content writing experience, particularly in e-commerce, are preferred, though fresh graduates with excellent writing capabilities are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling titles and headlines that attract search engine users and enhance click-through rates.
- Create concise, innovative, and eye-catching body copy for diverse content types.
- Produce unique, high-quality, and error-free content, ensuring no plagiarism.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO team to incorporate keyword research and optimize content for increased web traffic.
- Develop informative content suitable for marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Edit and refine existing content to improve clarity, readability, and overall quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in content writing, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Fresh graduates with strong writing skills and a good command of written English are welcome to apply.
- Excellent research skills to gather relevant information and support content accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and creative writing techniques.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- The role offers a monthly salary range of Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 50,000.
- Working from the Gulshan-e-Iqbal area in Karachi requires candidates to be able to commute easily to the office location.
