Content Writer

IPS Pakistan is seeking a skilled Content Writer with experience in healthcare B2B to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have the ability to transform complex healthcare and IT topics into engaging, reader-friendly content. This role focuses on shaping the company’s voice, enhancing SEO performance, and supporting sales through impactful written materials. The position is full-time and requires onsite presence with working hours from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content including website pages, blogs, articles, landing pages, and service descriptions.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, analyze search intent, and identify gaps in competitor content.
- Collaborate closely with SEO specialists and marketing teams to develop content strategies and editorial calendars.
- Research industry-related topics to produce fresh content and update existing materials to boost organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Optimize content with relevant keywords, internal links, meta titles, and meta descriptions to improve SEO outcomes.
- Ensure all content is original, engaging, informative, and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency throughout all deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in content writing, preferably with a focus on SEO-driven content in the healthcare B2B sector.
- Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword placement, semantic SEO, and search intent analysis.
- Exceptional research, analytical, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Ability to produce engaging, conversion-focused content tailored to target audiences.
- Effective time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Advanced proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
- Experience working with content management systems, particularly WordPress.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques, content optimization, and internal linking strategies.
- Experience using Google Analytics, AI-assisted writing tools, plagiarism checkers, and readability assessment tools.
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 65,000 to PKR 150,000 per month, based on experience.
