Content Writer

RUDN Enclave is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our dynamic Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and the ability to craft engaging, persuasive, and SEO-friendly content across various digital platforms. This role requires someone who can effectively communicate our brand message and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Write compelling content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Develop high-converting ad copies, video scripts, captions, and promotional content that resonate with target audiences.
- Create informative and engaging content related to real estate, investment opportunities, and project developments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and video production teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Proofread and edit all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in tone and style.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to produce relevant and timely content.
- Optimize content for SEO and adhere to digital marketing best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
- Maintain the brand’s tone of voice across all communication channels to ensure a consistent brand identity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Excellent command of both English and Urdu, in written and verbal communication.
- Strong creative writing, editing, and proofreading skills with great attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and social media content strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
