The Control Panel Technician / DEIF Operator plays a crucial role in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of generator control systems, with a particular focus on DEIF ACG-150 controllers. This position ensures the reliable performance of generators, manages load distribution effectively, and safely synchronizes multiple generator sets in industrial or power plant settings. The technician will work hands-on with control panels and electrical circuits to maintain optimal generator functionality and system stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and continuously monitor generator sets equipped with DEIF ACG-150 controllers.
- Perform synchronization of multiple generator sets, including managing load sharing and overall load balancing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults within DEIF systems, control panels, and associated electrical circuits to minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Bachelor of Science (BS), or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience working with DEIF ACG-150 controllers or similar DEIF control systems.
- Solid understanding of generator synchronization principles and industrial power system operations.
- Strong practical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and control panel equipment.
