ZAPTA Technologies, a Lahore-based software services and technology company, is seeking a Mobilization & Placement Coordinator for the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) Advance Technology Program, Round II. This role involves ensuring each training batch is filled with eligible graduates and supporting them to secure employment, freelancing opportunities, or start their own businesses within three months of program completion. The coordinator will develop and maintain a strong employer partner network and act as the official Placement Officer for the program, reporting directly to the Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Partnerships:
Develop the Employment Plan within the first 30 days of the project and update it every six months. Establish Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and letters of intent with employers across diverse sectors including IT, textile, retail, banking, logistics, healthcare, and agriculture. Secure placement opportunities for each batch and organize job fairs.

Trainee Mobilization and Enrollment:
Conduct outreach through universities, colleges, social media, and community channels, with a focus on achieving a 40% female enrollment target. Administer the PSDF entry test, coordinate interviews with the Lead Trainer, and prepare merit lists. Verify applicant eligibility based on age (22–35), graduation in a relevant discipline, valid CNIC, and Punjab residency. Enroll 30 trainees per batch and prepare trainee profiles, ID cards, and Pre-Batch Reports.

Career Readiness During Training:
Collaborate with trainers to deliver sessions on freelancing and career development, including creating profiles on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, proposal writing, and portfolio building. Share trainee CVs with employers starting Week 8 and arrange interviews during Weeks 10–12. Organize one job fair per city for each cohort.

Placement and Verification:
Place graduates according to their final scores and conduct weekly follow-ups throughout the three-month placement period. Collect PSDF-required proof of income such as appointment letters, EOBI registrations, bank statements, freelancing invoices, and platform earnings. Refer graduates interested in entrepreneurship to startup mentoring programs. Support PSDF’s independent tracer at 3-, 6-, and 12-month verification intervals and respond to queries within two working days. Maintain complete and audit-ready enrollment, placement, and linkage registers.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in placements, recruitment, admissions, or employer relations.
- Established employer network within Punjab.
- Practical knowledge of freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
- Strong skills in record keeping and reporting.
- Willingness to travel across the four program cities.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

Experience working with PSDF, NAVTTC, TEVTA, or similar skills development programs is advantageous. The ideal candidate is persistent in follow-up, persuasive in engaging employers to hire graduates, and meticulous in maintaining accurate records. Success is measured by the number of graduates who begin earning income through employment, freelancing, or entrepreneurship.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs50,000. This is an in-person role based in the program cities.
