This role provides essential administrative and professional support to the department, including direct executive assistance to departmental leaders. The Coordinator manages a variety of tasks such as written communications, scheduling, data management and analysis, meeting coordination, and resource management. The position involves collaborating across departments within the university to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative functions to support the effective operation of the department and its programs (40%).
- Maintain excellent public relations with internal and external stakeholders, producing professional and accurate reports, presentations, and documents (30%).
- Serve as the department liaison to other university departments, facilitating communication and coordination (25%).
- Oversee sensitive meetings and maintain confidential records with discretion (5%).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of one year of responsible clerical, secretarial, or administrative support experience.
