This role involves supporting the Accountable Manager for the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) by performing various medical and administrative duties related to aircrew health and safety. The incumbent will ensure all tasks are carried out through proper channels and in compliance with the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) policies and procedures. The position requires close coordination with medical facilities, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to maintain the health standards of cockpit and cabin crew.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute all duties assigned by the Accountable Manager for AOC, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Assist with medical examinations for Air Crew and Flight Operations Officers during induction and revalidation processes.
- Support daily sick report consultations for cockpit and cabin crew, maintaining accurate records of all cases.
- Conduct pre- and post-flight alcohol breathalyzer tests and random psychoactive drug screenings for cockpit and cabin crew. Generate and maintain detailed Breathalyzer Test reports for all flights.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings with hospitals, medical consultants, and the Aeromedical section of PCAA.
- Liaise with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to facilitate annual and six-monthly medical examinations for cockpit crew, ensuring proper documentation for Single Medical Certificates or Civil Aviation Medical Boards (CAMB) as required.
- Replenish medical supplies in aircraft medical kits and first aid kits located in the office.
- Provide first aid coverage during Single Engine Piston (SEP) training sessions.
- Perform clinical coordinator duties in addition to general clinical assistant responsibilities, ensuring smooth medical operations within the team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12+4 years) in Nursing or Medical Technology.
- Proficiency in using technology systems and tools relevant to medical and administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in aviation aero-medical services is highly desirable, enhancing the candidate’s ability to manage the specialized health needs of aircrew effectively.
