Our clients have successfully been awarded prestigious scholarships such as Fulbright, Chevening, Erasmus, DAAD, and Commonwealth Scholarships. We provide personalized, one-on-one guidance with a strong commitment to ethical and transparent support throughout the application process. We are currently seeking a part-time, remote Coordinator to support the daily operations of our applicant services.
Key Responsibilities
The Coordinator will be responsible for managing scheduling for one-on-one consultations, ensuring smooth and timely communication with prospective and current applicants. This includes maintaining organized records of client interactions and tracking application timelines and deadlines to help clients stay on track. The role involves assisting in the preparation and updating of guidance materials and coordinating follow-ups to ensure consistent client engagement. Additionally, the Coordinator will handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and updating internal systems to keep all information accurate and easily accessible.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong organizational and administrative skills, including effective scheduling, time management, and precise record-keeping. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential for professional email correspondence, document preparation, and client interaction. Familiarity with remote work tools and digital platforms—such as online calendars, video conferencing, and shared document systems—is necessary. Attention to detail is critical for managing deadlines, tracking application progress, and maintaining confidentiality. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks within a part-time schedule, and adapt to the dynamic needs of a small, client-focused organization is also required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
An interest in higher education, scholarships, or student advising is highly valued. Prior experience in education consulting or student services will be considered an advantage. While not mandatory, relevant coursework or a degree in education, counseling, administration, or a related field is beneficial. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to students’ academic and professional futures by supporting their scholarship and admission journeys.
