A well-established clinic located in Bahadurabad, Karachi, is seeking a young, educated, and punctual male Coordinator/Receptionist/Computer Operator to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be well-mannered, articulate, and active, preferably residing nearby to ensure reliable attendance. This role primarily involves supporting the clinic’s daily operations and assisting the doctor as a personal assistant. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with Sundays off. The clinic is known for its friendly and cooperative work environment and holds a strong reputation within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently attend and manage patient calls.
- Schedule and maintain appointments for consultations, tests, and therapy sessions.
- Provide direct support to the doctor as a personal assistant, including handling computer-related tasks.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming reception area.
- Utilize computer skills to manage various clinic operations; experience with Odoo software is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a graduate degree.
- Proficient in computer operations and software applications.
- Prior relevant work experience in Karachi is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates punctuality, organization, and professionalism.
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Karachi before starting employment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with Odoo software is considered a plus.
