The Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of corporate clients, including companies, banks, schools, hospitals, hotels, and other institutions. This position requires proactive engagement with potential and existing clients to understand their office furniture needs, generate new leads, and convert these into confirmed sales orders. The role involves close coordination with various internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients across multiple sectors such as companies, banks, schools, hospitals, hotels, and institutions.
- Generate new B2B sales leads through various channels including calls, meetings, referrals, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Conduct visits to corporate customers to assess and understand their office furniture requirements in detail.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
- Follow up diligently on quotations and leads to convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate effectively with design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely and quality order execution.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules while adhering to company policies.
- Manage and grow existing corporate accounts by identifying opportunities for repeat orders.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual corporate sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing trends, and identify new business opportunities to stay competitive.
- Address customer complaints promptly and ensure high standards of after-sales service.
- Collaborate with management on large projects and tenders to secure business and maintain client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the office furniture or related B2B sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales through multiple channels.
- Competence in preparing detailed quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in maintaining sales pipelines and preparing sales reports.
- Target-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 100,000.
