The Corporate Lawyer will be based full-time on-site at the Brokesellers office in Rawalpindi. This role involves providing comprehensive legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, supporting corporate governance, and advising internal teams on legal risks related to marketing, technology, and business operations. The lawyer will also liaise with external counsel when necessary, maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and assist in developing policies and procedures to safeguard the company’s interests. Supporting legal aspects of new projects and initiatives, as well as conducting legal research to inform strategic decisions, will be key components of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial agreements with precision and clarity.
- Provide legal advice and support on compliance, regulatory matters, and corporate governance.
- Assess and advise on legal risks associated with marketing, technology, intellectual property, and business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, technology, healthcare, and other departments to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as needed to manage complex legal issues.
- Conduct thorough legal research and interpret legislation and case law to guide strategic decision-making.
- Develop and update internal policies and procedures to protect organizational interests.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to apply legal principles across diverse business activities.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with attention to detail.
- Expertise in advising on legal risks related to marketing, technology, intellectual property, and business operations.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex legislation and case law.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from an accredited institution; admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally within a multidisciplinary business or consulting environment.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site as part of a collaborative team environment.
