Creative Associate

DW is seeking a Creative Associate to join their dynamic Creative Department in Lahore on a full-time basis. This role involves owning the creative and strategic direction across DW’s events and activations, including event pitches, 3D visualizations, décor, lighting, and brand presentation for sister companies. The ideal candidate will transform briefs into compelling proposals and help shape the brand’s presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead event pitches from initial brief through to client presentations, maintaining ownership of the creative narrative throughout the process.
- Develop innovative event concepts and collaborate with the design team to create 3D renders, spatial layouts, and mood boards.
- Conceptualize and design full décor and environmental elements such as sets, floral arrangements, props, signage, and branded installations.
- Design and manage lighting setups including ambient, accent, wash, and dynamic lighting to enhance the event atmosphere and reinforce brand identity.
- Prepare and build pitch decks, confidently presenting ideas directly to clients.
- Work closely with Client Servicing teams to ensure creative outputs align with budget constraints and project timelines.

Required Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in creative roles, strategy, or event management.
- Proven experience pitching ideas directly to clients.
- Strong understanding of event production, spatial design, décor, and lighting principles.
- Ability to brief and review 3D visualizations effectively.
- Proficiency in presentation software such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or equivalent tools.
